PRIVILEGE CAPITAL was founded in August 2007 by Martina Rošková, with the aim of establishing an independent advisory firm which would utilize its unique transaction and advisory experience in private equity, buy-outs, divestitures, restructuring and organic growth, in combination with a global network of investors and top professionals experienced in individual sectors and transaction types, with the aim of maximizing the shareholding values of companies.

Based on over 20 years of her extensive – global investment experience, with a direct focus on central European-based investments, Martina Rošková felt the need to establish an advisory firm which would be able to execute any investment transaction without the limiting factors of financial sources, transaction type or industry sector.

Based on previous expertise and a track record in successful transactions, Martina Rošková made the decision to base a transaction advisory according to the following standards:
